Old rooms converted in style with comtemporary flavor matching to TAJ brand standards with mordern material pallete delivering a different outcome. The biggest challenge was to execute the whole project without a shut down of the exisitng hotel. The execution team worked on several strageties to keep up the standards of a 5 star hotel. All the services of the retro-fit were managed with effective team work.
